Coaches Meeting and COVID-19 Presentation

On March 25, the Floral Park Little League held their annual coaches meeting. During this meeting we discussed rough timelines, our COVID-19 protocol and the use of GameChanger Team Manager for the Spring 2021 season.

Uniform orders are currently in process and team managers will be notified as soon as they are ready for distribution. In the meantime, teams may begin practicing as long as they use fields for which the league has a valid permit.

Coaches and parents can view the COVID-19 presentation by clicking here. This presentation contains an outline of the changes from last season and our guidelines around exposure and positive tests. It is also highly recommended that you review the entire Return to Play Protocol in addition to the presentation.

This year we are happy to announce that our registration system has been integrated with the GameChanger Team Manager app. This app will allow coaches to communicate with their team, contain schedules, and house our day of game health tracker survey.

Visit the app store to download Team Manager (make sure you select the app with the green icon). Once downloaded you can log in using the e-mail address and password associated with your account for floralparklittleleague.com. Step by step directions for using the app can be found here. You can also view this article for more information on the Health Tracker functionality.

The Health Tracker will be very important this year as all players will need to complete the survey before RSVPing to a scheduled event.
